Ok, guys so I'm asking how to factory reset to scratch and start again. I'm having problems with the vix hades image on cable. When flashing and setting provider the only provider for Glasgow is 6952 which is Telewest so my box is set by default to TW. I'm now having ask it to scan also 6887 which is ntl.
problem is I'm getting pretty much all of the HD channels but FTA are tuned failed. I'm open that the mtpocket slash has the ntl 6887 provide so I could start again. Line isn't an issue, that's cool and sticking it in is no problem either.
just need to know the basics of resetting the box and starting again, thanks troops!
