Remote Control Issue

Hi guys. I have a very strange issue with my Zgemma h5. 2s where every button on the remote only registers on the box as if I am pressing 4. I had a signal issue before that I sorted by bringing the box to a different room where there were no other signals. That Hasn't worked this time. Any ideas how to resolve this? Regards, Rory.

Might be worth just ordering a replacement remote
I had an issue similar on an old box and got a new remote for a few quid

Thanks your your reply. If I buy any remote (the same as this one), did yours just work straight away or do you have to synch it?
