Cable Remote with h1

hi my remote to me seems faulty its brand new but but when you try and install the tuner up for cable I need to insert 6887 as my sym rate but won't put the no.6 in got channels on but when watching TV and I then press menu it won't load sometimes and also pressing exit won't go back so if I go into plugin menu I can't go back or exit have to restart box

Have u tried a fresh flash? If u know what ur doing?

Or if its new box contact supplier forreplacement remote?

Flashed loads times with all different ones no change

Just sounds like dud remote then. U could try to open and see if its something obvious but better try for replacement first

Also as a side note. U can use an app on ios/android to use the box. Vu remote

Which app typed in vu remote there are a couple and it will work on zgemma h1 box

I got mine from VU Plus but it had to have security turned off to install as its not from play store. Use at own risk etc. Works fine tho.

Just enter the ip address of the box. Mine is 192.168.1.172 it will look something like that. Leave autoip on. Exit and save

Still not finding box. I must have settings wrong on box. Is it root and blank password?
