Large crowds are expected in the Curragh and Newbridge areas of Co Kildare today for the removal of Lt General Dermot Earley.
Dermot Earley Former Chief of staff of
Defence Forces
The former Chief of Staff of the Defence Forces died on Wednesday.
The remains will repose at St Brigid's Church, the Curragh Camp, from 1pm until 7pm.
The removal takes place at 8.30pm in St Conleth's Parish Church, Newbridge.
Gardaí have advised motorists of traffic restrictions.
