Removing Playlists on Duplexplay - INVALID PIN

Hi,

I have tried several times to remove old playlists from duplex play using the pin in the security settings on the app and then logging on the website with my device ID etc but i keep on getting invalid pin and i keep seeing old playlists on my app which i want to remove.

does this happen to anyone else at all or can anyone help?

Did you or a provider upload the channels

provider uploaded them but i cant remove them now. i have followed the usual steps to remove them but wont let me

have you checked "setting and security setting" in duplex, that is suppose to generate a pin that will remove playlists that are locked.

yes i have done this but still cannot remove them
