Renault Megane code needed

HI

i have a renault megane and need to put the code in but i cant get the radio fully out as it seems to be stuck!
i can kind of see the serial numbers etc.

and i cant seem to see anything else would you be able to help at all???

you need the security number it is a couple of letters followed by 3 numbers
it is generally underneath the barcode ....example 8200xxxxxxxxxxST123
