Renault Stereo Fault

I have a 2007 Renault megane and the stereo last night when I was driving decided to mute it's self and now I can't get it back working, none of the buttons on the unit work or on the stalk just to the right of the steering wheel, please help as now I have no music in the car.
 
U could try a fuse or disconnecting it from the battery so it resets itself, u will have the code for the stereo in your handbook if not ask on here.

If not maybe its just dead?
 
It still turns on but displays the message mute on the on board display so don't think a fuse has gone other wise it won't turn on, but will check them tomorrow.
 
i got a 2004 saloon one never had a prob but had a 2003 and that was the sexy ass one, never ending probs with that one, mainly because of damp and water getting in.
