Renewing expired sub

Hi
My first ever 3 month IPTV sub seems to have expired last night without warning, just before the first match of the football season (co-incidence or what?)

My question is can I renew this subscription rather than buy a new one. I spent a lot of time splitting the original sub into my own bouquets and don't want to have to do this again. My supplier doesn't seem to want to communicate with me now that I am an ex-sub.

Also I read in another section that there are other providers within these forums? Is this true, are they vetted in some way, can someone point me at where they are. I have a H. 2S running Whooshbuild 6

Cheers [emoji53]

Yes, you should be able to renew, but your supplier has to return your messages. He is who you renew through.
The fact he isn't responding, even though you are asking about a renewal, would suggest one of a few things
He has gone out of the business,
He is on holiday/hospital/some other elongated absence
He is not very good at communication
Changed method of contact
You haven't given him sufficient time to respond.

I wouldn't think that he is ignoring you because your sub died yesterday, especially if you are offering him money.

Why would you want to renew a subscription with a provider who doesn't answer or possibly turns you off like that ?
There are good suppliers around just difficult to find them !!

Thanks for the replies. My current supplier is supposed to be one of the better ones according to Trust Pilot and they have been good from a support perspective, fixing glitches reported to them. Is their Admin that's rubbish. I'll keep emailing them for a while but after that I'm moving [emoji53]
