I'm having a problem where my provider is sending out a sports stream at 2048x1080 50fps but I'm getting sound but no picture.
I have tried changing my video settings to 2160p 50fps but still no luck, tried every setting on that menu.
I have done some searching and believe 2048x1080 is '2k' and is the zgemma h7s possible of streaming this evenue though it's a 4k box?
I looked at the video size and is the max this box can receive '1920x1080' instead of 2048?
Could just be the box but any help appreciated
