restore box stuck on boot

i have a zgemma h2 and the service I paid for expired early. So I went about flashing it but flashed it with a vix sat image by accident, the box is now stuck in boot, I have low level formatted the usb stick that I had previously used to flash it but it will not boot from it, is there some other way to restore it or get my image flashed to it ?
 
Just flash again with compatible image.
Make sure your just copying the zgemma folder to the root of usb
 
yes, its Zgemma star 2s Vix 4.1.001 sucmnsee full Backup 17.04.2016 for cable and yes usb has been formatted with low level tool

It says that this image works well on H2 as well

Right, have low level formatted again and box still does not flash, the lcd just sits on boot regardless of whether usb is in or out.. the box doesn't boot up the image that was installed and the on off button on front and remote do nothing, also it is not getting an ip address so I cant ftp to it
