Satellite Restore h7s-v2

Hello all,
Having a little problem trying to restore a new h7s .
I made a complete back up of my h5.2tc, running open tv 7.2 with a sly skin .
And I’m trying to restore the new h7s with the h5.2tc back up file.
I flashed the h7s with open tv 7.2 . And loaded the back up file to a usb that has been formatted.
The problem I’m having is the h7s doesn’t recognise the file. The usb shows up but no file . Can someone help with the way I have to set up the image file.

you can't use a back up from a different box model. You will need to set up the H7s manually
