I'm using a zgemma h2s with wooshbuild over openatv, if I make a full backup from the menu how do I restore this full backup if I break my install i.e flashing etc
Sure is Paul, just make sure if you decide to flash image onto a receiver for a friend or family to remove your line details as this will be on the image too!
As your using Wooshbuild .... Woosh or Beni might be the best people to answer that question Paul as you could remove the line before reflash or after reflash.
Once you have made a backup you can't edit it.
The 2 choices are remove the line before making the backup or remove it after flashing the backup. You can do either using dream explorer which is in the plugins on wooshbuild.
The line file lives in usr/keys and will either be called CCcam.cfg or newcamd.list depending on what cam software your using
Does the backup save all the storage locations etc? Example, my epg etc are saved to sd card but recordings are to hdd. Will this be saved as part of the backup?
