Retrieving line details from V8s

Hi, i recently upgraded my box to a zgemma. I still have 8months of line left and im looking to get my line details off my old v8s box. My line supplier isnt responding with the details so im hoping i can get them off the box.

Can this be done?

pretty sure you can by doing this

Go into menu > tools > dump by USB. Select Dump mode = misc files. Select "select & dump". Scroll to CCcam.cfg & press OK to select it, then press yellow to dump to a USB stick.

Ok tried it there and i think it worked! Thanks garyth

Edit: For anyone else needing help i dumped my newcamd.list and not CCcam, but im on sat using nline.
