Rewind a programme help please

Hi guys
Just setting up my new Wooshbuild infinity on my new Zgemma H7s box.

Sorry I have one last question, apologies as I am really out of practice as my old H2s was so faultless.

Question is this:

I cant remember but almost sure, can you rewind a programme you are watching like for example to see a goal you may have missed in a footie match?
Been through settings and ticked the auto record option but doesnt seem to make any difference. I have an internal HDD and it's working ok.

Any help greatly appreciated

autorecord needs to be turned off, check your timeshift settings

Thanks Grog, turned off auto record again but still not reminding back, I get the red cross top right of screen

UPDATE: Just gone into timeshift settings and upped the timeshift checking for free space from 1gb to 8gb and that seems to have cured it thanks
