Room for improvement ready for State of Decay 2?

OS - Windows 10 Pro
CPU - AMD FX 8350 @ 4.0Ghz
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 1600 MHz
GPU - Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 DirectCU II 3GB GDDR5
MEMORY - Samsung 850 EVO 500GB 2.5 inch Solid State Drive
MOTHERBOARD - Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX

I'm mainly a PS4 gaming but with State of Decay 2 on it's way I want to run it as good as possible.
I think my set up is fairly solid but if anyone had any advice what I could do to boost a little I'm all ears! Thank you

******* loved state of decay and the 2nd one looks even more interesting. Thats a good setup you have there mate, only thing you could improve is the CPU, instead of AMD, go with an Intel Core i7 8700K. Little bit pricey but would make your set up nasty.

I have a few friends on Xbox and when they told me it was cross platform it became a must buy. Yeah if i can get a good deal Intel is something to think about. Thanks!
