Rytec cannot retrieve sources

Hi,

Please help with this on the sucumsee image trying to download virmin epg using crossepg but on rytec providers it says cannot retrieve sources is there anyway round this or downloading another plugin as I can't find one in tspanel etc

I think they have change the rytec names. If you scroll down you will see something like rested uk/roi vm and above that is the sky rytec.

I need the virmin epg rather than sky epg is there a way to get this?
