Cable Rytev cable epg detials not working....

I use xmltv importer for my epg, i ticked rytec sky and rytec cable. Before tonight all the sky epg worked fine and still does. The problem us the cable side, i usually, get a good list but have noticed from time to time wrong epg details for certain channels and no data for other channels. Now there is virtually no details on most of the cable side. Can anyone advice what could be the issue, is it the provider, perhaps details have inputted wrong? Like i said it has worked pretty much ok but now hardly anything i have just done a re search but still loads of blanks. Sky always gives all epg data perfect.

just done a xmltv import search on just the Rytec Virgin UK XMLTV and it found 0. i guess this means its an issue the rytec end....? Anyone else confirm theyre having issue?

Can anyone help with this? I'm looking to populate my epgs for cable and sat - I also used to use Rytec.

Your probably better using the XMLTVimporter in connection with the pvr_epg channel for cable, if the channel is not there you will have to scan it in manually. as for 28.2° east the use OpenTV and the 28.2° east option and grab the epg straight from the Sky epg downloader
