On 28.2e for the last month or so, the Sports + coverage of EFL has been appearing on the 1st three "Sports Active' channels. They're in SD and are clearing.

Anyone know why / when this started and if there's any schedule as to what's broadcast?

I can't tell you any schedule as I don't watch it , I was only aware that the main + channel was broadcast on sat , the other are streamed. I'll take a look
 
They could have been broadcasting longer for sure, my box may have only recently begun clearing them.

They do show a still screen with the match they're showing from a couple of hours prior to broadcast, but there's no EPG and I can't find any mention online.
