If anyone is having a problem with your tablet, whereas, the battery symbol appears to be in a loop, ie, it appears then disappears, this is what you do.
press volume up and down button together for 30 secs, let go, if a menu appears, highlight "boot "with volume buttons and press power button. It will boot up normally, but will lose battery power and it will shut down. Plug into charger and charge overnight, you will still see the battery symbol doing the same thing ie in a loop. Next morning it will be fully charged.
Also if the battery symbol on the home screen has a red cross in it, you need to buy a new lead.
