Mrs bought me a Sammy s9 whilst I was away.. very nice I said. . What about a protective case I said ..
Caron replied i ordered a punkcase. Off their site punkcase uk..
Carbon fibre waterproof. ( top notch)

One week later I THOUGHT DHL taken bit longer delivery than usual it had just left
New Jersey USA...FFS..

PUNKCASE UK are based in Brooklyn New Jersey... USA not uk as suggested on their website..
Delivery 2-6 weeks.. contacted
AMEX. explaining been misled they can't help until delivery. sent a email to punkcase .. Return it when arrives.. ps.. I am liable for return costs

Ah, sometimes you have to read the small print.
Ive done thus before on ebay, "dispatched from UK" only to find it was coming from China, pain in the ass.

Late last evening I got a reply this morning .. got a 100% refund and keep the case as a good will gesture . Result for the ungrateful t@@t.
