Samsung TV app help

Hello I have IPTV on my Samsung Tv I have had no problems for around 6 months but all of a sudden my app is losing all my channels. I reload the channels back on by Siptv.eu website but then they go on and still don’t play. Then I turn tv off and they are all gone again and I get the same error message

Hi, Have you tried re-installing the app before re-loading the channels? Alternative idea, perhaps a temp fix? - get a 24hr sub off ebay (0.99p ish) make sure it's a m3u line for app, that will establish if it is the the app or a prob with your sub, I don't think the tv itself will affect the app? let me know how you go on.

Hello yes I have already reinstalled the app, still no luck. It’s been off the same guy for 6 months and never had a problem before. He says it’s my Tv but I have no idea

if you've changed form wi-fi to hardwired or vice-versa, the mac address will be different to the one you used originally, you'll need to reload the line to the new mac address

Ahhhh i did change my tv to wired so that may be the solution. How do I find the new MAC address ?

open smart iptv player and it should be on the splash screen when it opens, failing that, it will be in settings

It’s not on the IPTv app as all I get is the above error message about channel list

I found it on menu settings of tv but it’s still the same Mac so it’s not that why it’s not loading but thanks

I've gone from wifi to hard wired and never had a mac add change? (vpn maybe?) The big difference for me though is I run a mag box and not a tv app with a direct m3u line but if pabloescaban says that can happen I will keep an eye open for it myself should I ever have this problem. Personally for the sake of a quid or two I'd get a 24hr sub and see how you go, obviously if you've still got the problem it's not the sub and you can rule that out. Let me know if you get it sorted and the answer. Thanks
 
Smart iptv developers have been having many problems. Some people cannot ever laid their line onto their device
Im sure they must be working on a fix and hopefully soon it will be fixed

To find out MAC address blue button groups and I believe then it’s 0 for restart app it will then appear
