if i download or do a speedtest through my pc i get terrible scrambled picture on my tv i have checked every thing, i have reflashed images, checked cables & connections but it wont do it through an old zgemma box i have, totally lost...

to the OP, this sounds like a problem with the virgin connection, I recently spoke to someone having the exact same problem and they got VM out, it appears there's a damaged cable in the garden somewhere and it needs replacing
