Scrambled or no signal

hi all every now and then I get this message I am on virgin my router is a drink and I have my xbox, smart tv and kryptview box all running on LAN.Could it be possible I'm overloading my router or is it just one of these things I have to put up with?
Thanks

Should be ok, you could always test it by switching everything off
exept your box and tv to see if the channel clears

When signal goes down check on the site see if anyone is posting same
problem.

Probably kryptview server, channels where coming and going all the time
and channels where glitching while viewing, became the norm for a while

got fed up and swapped over to sat, was a good box for a while and still the
only box without a subscription fee so thats a plus

Did you sort your dark picture problem out ?
What was it ?

bad or scrambled is a poor signal by the coaxial cable so i would check for splitters and signal and quality levels, and are you on the last firmware of 29112011?

Ahh ok I have the cable coming into the house then the splitter, one going straight into the kryptview box and the other going to the rest of the house.I do have a booster that I bought when I had my eurovox's that works especially for cable tv do you think that will do it?

Hi :)

You seem to be reporting 2 different faults there.

"No or Bad Signal" = No cable feed connected (at least not a good working one), or poor connection or splitter.

"Scrambled or no video" = No recognised Internet connection, or channel not currently available from server.

As mentioned there seems to be a lot of problems off and on with the servers lately, resulting in loss of channels (scrambled or no video) for any amount of time from seconds to days. So if its every now and then I would guess you are running normal.

jodav :)
