hi flashed box with 11/11/12.bin file . scanned using manchester 3 only got free view ch1 to 4 !all other channels scambled ! router has assigned ip address to box . can anyone help ? have used box at m8 house on working configuratiion still no joy

11/11/12 bin file think you need to find a newer update than that as it is the year 2015 now
 
The 2012 firmware will have tunnelling to servers that no longer even exist and even if it did the ports and security for the routing will have been changed no doubt several times by now. But everyone is right flash with latest firmware from downloads dated 19/01 and you will be good am pretty sure you will have no joy trying to download via remote now or even in 6 weeks.

few did get it to work,but as said many times before cable is quicker and less strain on the system.

meant from 2013 image to online update lol,not from earlier images.

Very doubtful if they where on 2012 release. More likely the ones with successful update via server where on last 2013 release on the new Linux server. However I get your point on manual update but that to some is rocket science and huge effort and they will therefore stick with but continue to grumble about failed automated update from server. That my friend is a sad fact of the world we currently live in.

The file in downloads isn't the latest one. That one is the 19/01. A new upgrade dated 20/01 now released. there have been 4 releases 15/16/19/20/2015

I'm on 16 and keeping it like that till i see more feedback from people on the latest version. No freezing on 16/01 FW version
