Selfhosting - what services do you run?

I'm a big believer in self hosting and enjoy setting things up and configuring them myself. I'm sure there will be a few others that do the same. I'm interested to see what others run at home. I would love to host my own email server, but the admin overhead is a pain (making sure IP is not blacklisted for spam) and you also require a reverse DNS record for your home IP, which can't be done with my current ISP.

Here's a breakdown on my home setup.

HardwareServices
Beelink EQ12 (dual NIC)pfSense (Firewall, DHCP, DNS, VPN, DDNS, VLANs, pFBlocker NG)
Ryzen 1700X + 32GB RAM + 2 x 512GB nvme + 4 x 4TB DisksESXi running VM's for TrueNas (RAID10) + Dcoker Containers
Containers = Plex, Transmission, UniFi Management, Reverse Proxy (Nginx), Portainer, Prometheus and Grafana
Ubiquiti 16 Port Switch + 2 x Ubiquiti WiFi 6 Access PointsNetworking + WiFI
