Setting up 2 boxes

Hi all,
I have managed to network and I can record-watch on HDD on box1 however it is recording to the front USB port and I want it to record to the rear USB. Anyway of changing this?

Stating the obvious maybe, but have you plugged the drive into the back port and initiize and mount it
