Setup Cable tuner on E2 box

I have Solo2 running BH image. My vu+ turbo tuner will arrive tomorrow. I like to set up cable side to watch HD channels.

Can someone please point me to the setup guide for cable side? e.g. net id, xml file, nline, config file etc.

I understand i need to subscribe vermin service.
