Looking for help, my shield tv tube, standard one isn't loading at all, just switched it one one morning and it was stuck in a loop and all i could get was shield storage space is critically low warning flashing up every few seconds in the top right hand corner. The remote isn't responding at all, i've tried the simple things like invoking the fastboot menu and trying a factory reset from there but nothing works and i can't access the shield at all, i understand it might need flashing but i'm struggling to work out what to do next, any ideas?

NVIDIA Support

Could try that

Also seen a suggestion of unplugging everything then plugging everything back in except usb/hard drives etc and try factory reset again

yeh i'm on with nvidia but what they've told me is what's on the help pages already, problem is i can't access the shield or even use the remote so unable to factory rest properly

There's a way of connecting it to a laptop or desktop too, could try that.
