Should I turn off any of these settings in my Superhub 5?

I'm trying to find out why I get a lot of buffering with my service and i'm just wondering if any of these settings should be turned off in my Virgin Superhub 5?

On a side note i have PIA subscription and im wondering if there are any settings in the Shield Pro app for it that I should change if I decide to use it?

Ive got them all turned off and make sure you keep checking the setting's periodically because VM sometimes reset during updates 😡😡😡😡👍

On a side note i have PIA subscription and im wondering if there are any settings in the Shield Pro app for it that I should change if I decide to use it?

I've not go to that stage with mine yet, want to get a stable setup going before I throw a VPN into the mix but it seems like you can just download the app for whichever VPN you are going to use and run it side by side like on any android device. The app should take care of everything...in theory
