Signal issue

Moved the box this evening to the parents and connected exactly the same as my house.
When the direct wire from the satellite dish is connected to the box, it constantly loads and no signal on the TV.
Once the direct wire to the box from the satellite dish is dis connected from the box, the interface of the Open box shows on the tv, but no signal on the bottom interface bar.
I have tried everything possible, any ideas??

have u got cable on the loop instead of lnb

no, it's not on the loop.
I've stripped the wires back and refitted, still continuously loading with the wire attached, take the wire out, works perfectly
