Silverlight Keeps Crashing

Hi all,
I have a Sky Go account, which allows me to watch Sky programs on my laptop. To use this feature, you have to instal Silverlight, which, I suppose is a a bit like flash player as it is the software that converts skys transmissions into pictures.
The problem is that Silverlight keeps crashing, with no explanation, it crashes on both Firefox and Chrome.
Anyone got any ideas??

Has it crashed with ie9 wheelo,i dont use it at all so cant advise you too much,also what version of firefox are you on

I dont have IE, have the latest firefox and chrome

I am on the beta of firefox so im not sure what is,if you uninstall both firefox and chrome and then reinstall it may well clear up your problems,you could also do the same for silverlight

tried everything with that pos program.i install it and it automatically becomes my default plater and to top it all off the full screen button doesnt work.
