If they haven't provided you with any help or guide I would jump ship. I have literally just requested a trial and the messages I received all included full detailed guides of how to setup start to finish. It has been much simpler than I anticipated.

To summarise the setup:
  • Copy the xtreme plugin to your box (ftp or usb)
  • Install the plugin
  • Enter the ID from the plugin along with the ID given to you by your provider on the xtreme website
  • The plugin will create bouquets and create channel guide & EPG within minutes
It really is crazy simple!

What format did it come in e.g. m3u, m3u url, script or an .ipk file for the xtreamtv plugin?

Have you put your .ipk file in /TMP folder (ftp using filezilla)?

If not, do that and try this:

If I can recalll, it is blue button, plugins, ipk installer. Click memory/TMP. Press ok to install extensions.

Press ok for xtream-editor.ipk, green to install. Once done, restart enigma2 nox.

Press green to open xtream editor plugin.
See APP code.
Send over to your provider the code from the right hand side under the QR box. He should then activate your iptv channels for you.
Press yellow to load your config box. This will load a code next to line ID.
Select box - enigma2
Activate/enable "auto import"
Activate the option "import epg"
Green to save config.
Re-open app.
Press blue to get your lists (bouquets) and EPG.
If download is successful, "Done" will be displayed but give it time.
Press red to close the plugin.
Your bouquets are now loaded.

Alternatively, failing that and even easier is ftp your .ipk over to your box using filezilla as before. Download the xtreamtv plugin (not editor above). Open that. You will see your MAC address in the top right. Send that over to your supplier. He should activate your sub that way.
