Sky box office movirs and sky anytime

Hi had my zgemma 2-3 weeks now had trouble with HDD but sorted now thanks to the forum.
I seem to get every channel but sky box office movies I also get no tv guide on this is this the norm or is this down to the line ?? I also get sky anytime on 2 channels 4094 & 4095 but no tv guide again is this down to the line I bought the box from fleabay plug and play and to be fair the seller has been helpful.
After reading through the forum I don't believe I will get the 24 months I was promised.
Is there anything I can do to get the tv guide on these or is it the way it is.

That's the way it is you probably won't get box office as these costs extra to the server but you may get sky sports ppv events wrestling and boxing
 
Cheers yes get ppv and can watch films through my Amazon sticks so no problem.
I just seem to have the bug now to get the most out of my box but unfortunately I'm a complete noobie but I learn fast.
Should I still get the tv guide on sky box office???
