your line could have expired
your router could have lost conection with your box
your Ethernet cable or homeplugs could have died
your lnb could have died
your dish could have misaligned
that's all without you providing info, if you could provide info it can be narrowed down
Might be best jut to fire a little email to your provider and see if any issues there. Or you could try another line and that will confirm what the problem is
When you go into the cam portal try and change the cam by scolling though them all and back to your cam type then restart Cam. Not sure why but it very often works if a simple restart does not work?
