Sky F5 box freezes whilst blind scanning

My skybox freezes whilst blind scanning, it keeps freezing over and over again, I think when it gets to scanning HD channels. Please is there an alternative way to get channels on my box.

I agree with you, but my skybox F5 box freezes when it is searching for channels, I do not currently have any channels.please what can I do about this?. Please help!
