Hi guys can you please help. We've just had Sky Q fitted ( for the mrs) I have the f5 and was splitting it with the previous sky plus box and everything was working fine. I came to fit the F5 with the Q box and now the F5 just displays no signal even with the FTA channels the cable is definitely the lnb and not the loop. Any advice does Sky Q use a different LNB on the dish stopping me from splitting ???

your f5 will not work with the new skyq lnb as it is different. you should have mentioned it to the sky engineer and said you had a freeview box using the same lnb and they would have put an hybrid lnb on. too late now. you will have to put a new dish up for the f5 or try get hybrid lnb.
