Sky q dish can't get a signal from H5.2S

I have went from using a sky q box to the Zgemma H5.2S but can't get a signal from the sky q Lnb on the end of the dish

can any1 recommend which LNB I would have to purchase to receive a signal??

any pics or links would be great Thanks

I think what you need is a quad Hybrid lnb, they sell them on ebay :)BRAND NEW IN THE BOX 4 WAY QUAD LNB FOR SKY+HD/FREESAT/HD/SKYPLUS/ | eBay

Yes you need a hybird lnb. If only just had it done ring sky and just say you have a freesat box upstairs that no longer working can they change it. I know a few people that have had there lnb done for free

I think sly are clamping down on giving out free hybrid LNB's.
A work colleague of mine had a run in with an engineer who wanted to take pictures of his "freeview HD openbox" and report him for illegal use of the said receiver even though it wasn't Connected to the internet and switched on to confirm it was only running freeview Channels in his sons bedroom.

You can guess the end of the story ;-)
