Sky Q query

I've cancelled my Sky subscription with the intention of moving to a new subscriber. However, I didn't realise my broadband with BT was contracted for another 4 months.
When my Sky contract expires in a couple of weeks will I still be able to watch free to air TV. via my SkyQ box?

Yes, but you cannot record. Also, you need to send your SkyQ box back.

I think I've an old hd box hanging around somewhere. Come June I'll be able to move to Virgin

NB the old sky box wont work if you have the sky q lnb. They usually have 2 outputs so have a look.
