Skybox A3 freezing, scrambling, glitching

As above. Constantly scrambling on Box nation. And some movie and sports. Unwatchable. Been on to line provider. He has changed line details for me but no difference. Now he's saying I'm only one with problems. Although i told him my nephew has same problems and has same line as me. Tried rebooting router and box. Signal intensity 86%. Signal quality 75%. Tried test line from another supplier and it worked perfect.

If you have tried another supplier and it worked perfect and your nephew also has the same problem with the same supplier. I think you have your answer to where the problem is then! YOUR SUPPLIER!!!
