first of all hello to everyone at techkings, been away for a while . but i would just like to ask, if any one knows a way i can play my downloaded movies off a torrent site, that ive burned to my usb stick is there some software that i have to add to the skybox for it to recognise the file format thanx sandog

It will play AVI (Divx or Xvid) and MP4

Scroll down the left hand side to Video an hit the OK button a couple
of times to get the film listed on the right.
I have to put my USB stick in once the box has been turned
on.
It doesn't seem to recognise it, if it's already in when I switch
on from standby, for some reason.

Quite impressed with the amount of movie file types the f3 will play, will also play MKV files which is the most common file type for your HD movie downloads, not sure if the box decodes DTS sound so if you do download MKV files and your f3 is not connected to a amp that decodes DTS(most cinema amps will) make sure you get your mkv's with ac3 sound.
Only complaint about the f3's media player is it's basic interface.........Can't really complain for the price though:)
