Skybox f3 cant get it to work

I am very new to this. I got my skybox F3 last week but I am struggling. I tried to follow the setup but can not get it. Can you help me with formatting USB to FAT32. I can some channels which are I think free but not getting others e.g. HD and Asian etc. Would you assist me with this please.

you will only get free channels without cline.

Don't know if the F3's are any different, but my old S9 works perfectly well with NTFS.
