skybox F3 Vs vu+ solo clone running vix 3.0

I have s skybox F3, but unhappy with the sound dropouts, so i am looking for alternatives, and have been offered a vu+ solo clone running vix 3.0 is this a wise move or not?

i dont think this is a problem with the f3 you should not have sound dropouts. it could be your line provider or may just need a firmware update. try getting another free 24hr testline and make sure you are on the latest firmware.
