Skybox f5 problem

Newbie
His my box was freezing so powered down and back up as this helped in the past.
It now seems to have updated as now it tells me what program is on and next ect when scrolling through channels. (it did not before)
But every channel is now scramble apart 1 to 5.
Would be great if I can get some advise
 
There must be more than just 1 to 5 unscrambled. Have you checked other FTA channels?

I'd do a rescan and check again.

Then I'd check that your line hasn't been wiped. See if it's still there.

Then make sure that the network is switched on and working.
