Skybox f5 update channel list

Were can i can get the most recent updated channel list for the skybox f5 as of this month

hi if you google for aJ's channel list i just used it the date on the file is 13 april...

i find aj channel list freezes for me and some channels dont work

thats strange just put it on my f5, did you delete all channels before you put the list on, i get the odd glitch what i have been doing make a not of the transponder and just do a scan on that one
