skybox f5s keeps losing internet connection

Can anyone help? my skybox f5s keeps losing the internet connection every 30 mins and i have to reset the box and the router to get it working again.I have tried upgrading the skybox firmware.I am using virgin fibre optic.
 
I tried another cable and another ethernet port on the router and it seems to be working all right now
 
I'm having the same issue, i know its not the internet connection as also have an amiko box and working perfect. Would welcome any help ~ i have updated the channel list but not the firmware yet
 
I also went in to the settings of my router and reset it,dont know if it was that or swapping my ethernet port that fixed my problem.
