Hi I tried to restore Skybox F5s with upgrade tool software but got an error with the set STB memory error, any solutions?

Set port to com1 but if you are using a laptop then you may have to change ports until you get correct one.
Next you need to locate an early f/w from skybox plus the latest.
Open the erom upgrade tool and initially set to com1---do not power box on but ensure the null modem cable is attached---browse for the early file and add to the screen-----tick bootloader---press next-----now power on box and the word "done" should appear at top right corner---wait, if ok then your download will begin. If you get com error then you will have to adjust ports and keep retrying until done appears-----if stb memory message appears then its worth retrying again and again at different time intervals between pressing next and powering box on.
If you manage first file then you can either work with that or risk an upgrade to latest f/w.

mine stuck with dim red light and number 8, i had the stb memory, gave up with it now lol
