Hi

My skybox CCcline seems to have expired after just 2 months and the vendor has gone very quiet!

Anyway I wish to acquire another server but I have no pin no for the box and the USB to RS232 doesnt seem to connect to the box. Can anyone share a simple step by step guide to what I need to do together with links to the drivers / firmware needed?

U can use a USB stick or LAN tool to update firmware mate

If your supplier has locked your menus try 3327 for the PIN.

buddy if you need a null modem cable i can pop one in the post to you i have got loads of them things here, if you already have one do you have the firmwear to flash the box? if not give me a shout
