Anybody have any ideas?

Only have 256MB Ram... Just generally slow at startup and when i get using my PC... Havent got much start up programs either. if any at all..

yeah looks clean enough, as you said though, more ram helps and as others have said before, sometimes a full reinstall helps a bunch too

Yep, a full reinstall always helps, and i can do that.. But who has time these days going through a full reinstall - i guess i'll be better off with a ram upgrade. :)

It actually seems to be alright now, maybe it was just having a bad day. :)
