Smart iptv/ app issue

Can anyone help today I noticed that every app I click on be it NOW TV BBC iPlayer ITV hub iptv streaming after a few minutes I get kicked out to normal tv anyone know what can cause the problem using Samsung Smart TV many thanks in advance
 
ask ur provider to delete playlist and resend it

also turn off from mains. leave for 5 mins and then plug back and turn on. this will clear cache
