Smart IPTV licensing and support?

Hi all.

I contacted siptv to ask if they could transfer my app licence from one MAC address to another as my TV had died and had to be replaced - I'd only licensed the app a few days ago.

They've not replied - I know its only a few quid but I was hopeful....?

Anyone know if they do provide support in this way or am I going to have to live with it and buy another licence?

Yep thanks, got an email from them earlier saying licence had been switched to new MAC address. I know people have been critical of Smart IPTV and it's not very pretty EPG but it works really well on my LG.
